Trainee editorial (m/f/d)

What you can expect from us:
- During the two years of your traineeship, you will get to know various departments within the agency and their processes. You will support us in exciting projects - depending on your inclination during the traineeship.
- As a prospective editor, you will create your own articles for print and digital projects, learn how to edit and prepare topics for specific customers. As a content manager, you will learn to optimize existing content, analyze it, use it in a targeted manner, and manage it cross-medially.
- You will work on various social media channels and support our picture editing and/or graphics department.
- And you won't miss out on the theory either: You will reinforce and supplement your practical knowledge with seminars and workshops at renowned journalistic institutions.
What we want from you:
- You have successfully completed your bachelor's degree and have already gained initial insights into the day-to-day work of an editor or agency through several internships or a student job. It is important for us that you are interested in a wide range of topics and that you are passionate about current issues, trends, and their implementation.
- Initial experience and insights with a CMS or a print medium are or would be desirable.
- You have a very good feeling for language and are confident in spelling.
- You are characterized by an independent and structured way of working and you like to work in a team.
- You have fluent German language skills.
